REPORTING YOUR VOLUNTEER HOURS This is a picture of the united states coast guard auxiliary logo, which is a red and white striped sheild in front of crossed anchors. This icon is animated and rotates.

Be sure to report all of the hours you spend doing all USCG Auxiliary functions, training or events, including travel time, meetings or study time to your Flotilla Information Services Officer! (FSO-IS)
If you have questions about what forms to use, contact your division 7 SO-IS

Remember -The job isn't finished until the paperwork is done!

The status, qualifications, and activities of all members and units in the USCG Auxiliary are tracked. Since the Auxiliary plays a significant part in the USCG accomplishments, AUXDATA input  has a direct bearing on all USCG funding. Regular reporting of your own activities, training, and missions performed is very important to you, your Flotilla, and Division, District, and to the entire United States Coast Guard.

Although there are many forms, the main 2 forms you will routinely submit monthly are the 7029 Member Activity Log (all misc. time spent at meetings, travel, studying) and the 7030 Mission Activity Report, a multi-use mission specific form.
Specific mission listing numbers are  shown on additional pages following form download.  Save a copy of the mission numbers for your future use when filling out 7030s, and you won't need to keep printing them out.
Each form that you download will come with complete instructions that will print out as additional pages when you download the form!
Read these first, then fill out the form!
